We're a female-forward creative agency with an innovative structure to cater for a new generation of brands. We tap into today's cultural currents to build brands and campaigns with social and commercial impact.

Four Phases
Our agile, holacratic structure allows us to form flexible project teams and deliver on all budget sizes.
CO-CREATION
Our projects are as diverse as the birds in our flock. We can lead campaigns from ideation to execution. Or we show up and light the fire of ideas to co-create with your in-house team.
FORMATION
Brief us and we will get in formation: Our GG* brand flocks have up to 30 members - all of them ready to be activated to kickstart the project.
IDEATION
The first phase of every project: co-creative sprints, brand creation and campaign concepts.
CREATION
We turn big and small ideas into reality: content productions, IRL events and guerilla activations.
CURATION
We hype every campaign through our own UGC packages and collaborations with cultural pioneers.
AGILITY
We are a collective
of 99+ freelancers. That means: No agency fees or minimum budgets. Our projects are split in four phases. We can stay flexible as we move from phase to phase.
